STEAK MARINADE 
1/2 c. sugar (or 8 pkgs. Sweet 'n Low)
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Dash of salt & pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. cider or wine vinegar
1 tsp. powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or equivalent of bottled garlic juice)

Cut London broil steak (not flank) in 1/2" to 3/4" slices. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Marinate 2 to 4 hours. Cook on grill to your desire.
