HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato or V-8 juice
2 (16 oz.) cans of tomatoes
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
17 oz. cooked hamburger, fat drained
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
Dry spaghetti seasoning in large jar or Italian Seasoning to taste

Simmer all the above on medium for a couple of hours. Add other ingredients if you like such as carrots or onions. Makes about 14 (1 cup) servings - approximately 165 calories per serving.
