MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. uncooked macaroni (elbow or shell)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1 for garnish
1/2 c. pickle relish
1/2 c. or more Miracle Whip mayonnaise
1/2 c. French dressing, optional
1/2 tsp. black pepper, celery seed, and dried or fresh parsley
1/3 c. chopped onion

Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes. Rinse in cold water, drain. Mix with other ingredients. Garnish with egg and parsley. Sprinkle paprika on top. Chill before serving.
