CHICKEN CASHEW NOODLES 
2 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 bunch green onions, tops included
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cashew nuts

Cover bottom of greased 13"x9"x2" casserole dish with half of noodles, a layer of chicken, layer of celery and onions. Pour soup blended with milk over top. Add remaining ingredients in layers and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
