CASHEW STUFFING 
1 c. coarsely chopped cashew nuts
1 c. chicken broth
4 sliced bacon, diced
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Simmer cashews in chicken broth, uncovered until cashews are tender and all the liquid is absorbed. Fry bacon until crisp. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to cashews; mix well.
