QUICK SHRIMP OR CRAB BISQUE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can crabmeat or 1 can shrimp
1/2 can milk or cream
1/4 c. sherry

Heat to boiling and add 1/4 cup of sherry or to taste, 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg or curry sprinkled on top, Tabasco and serve with a twist of lemon peel. This is great for last minute lunch guests. 4 servings.
