CINNAMON FRUIT SALAD 
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. water
Dash of salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. apple, unpared and diced
1 c. grapes, seedless and halved
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

In small saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Cook and stir until candies are dissolved. In small bowl, combine egg yolks and honey. Gradually stir hot mixture into egg yolk mixture; return to saucepan. Add butter. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until thickened; cool.

In large bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over banana; let stand a few minutes. Add apple, marshmallows, and grapes. Combine cinnamon mixture with fruits and marshmallows and fold in whipped cream. CHILL SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. Serves 10-12.
