FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
2/3 c. Parmesan
12 oz. fettuccine (spinach or egg)

1. Cook noodles.

2. Mix 2/3 cup of cream, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg over heat until thickens.

3. Toss noodles and cream mixture.

4. Add remaining cream and the cheese.
