OASIS DESSERT CAKE 
2 (12 oz.) pound cake (crumbled)
24 oz. fruit cocktail fresh, frozen or canned
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Layer bottom of pan with one crumbled pound cake. Put a layer of drained mixed fruit over pound cake. Layer second crumbled pound cake over fruit cocktail. Mix the eggs, milk and sugar together and pour that mixture evenly all over cake. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees one hour.
