SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour

Add a little homogenized milk and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until almost done.

TOPPING:

2 c. frosted corn flakes
1 1/2 c. coconut
Chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix well until all is moist; spread over potatoes and bake until brown.
