RICEY-SPICEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. instant dry milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

In large bowl, beat egg until foamy. Add Rice Krispies, ketchup, water, onion, dry milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add ground beef, mix only until combined. Using measuring tablespoon, shape into balls and place in a single layer in greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees, approximately 12 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
4 tbsp. pickle relish, drained
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar, packed

Measure all ingredients into large saucepan. Stir and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add meatballs to sauce and cook over low heat 10- 15 minutes longer. Serve plain or over spaghetti noodles.
