1 lb. ground round
1 med. onion, finely chopped
6 pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into meatballs 1/2 inch in diameter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked. Add meatballs to sauce, serve warm.

SAUCE:

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. picante sauce
4 tbsp. juice from jalapenos

Melt Velveeta and add picante sauce and jalapeno juice.
