12 oz. cooked beef (chicken or lamb thinly sliced)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
Garlic powder to taste
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 sm. tomato, chopped
1 pkg. pita bread
