TONI'S TURKEY TENDERLOINS 
1 lb. turkey tenderloins, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/4 c. wine or wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. crushed onion
1/4 tsp. ginger

Cover and marinate several hours. Broil over charcoals 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
