TUNA FISH DELIGHT | |
3 c. noodles 1 med. sized can tuna fish 2 c. cooked peas 1 sm. onion, finely cut 1 c. grated cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can mushroom soup 1/3 c. milk Boil noodles 3 minutes in 4 cups water. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients reserving enough grated cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour into casserole dish; sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. |
