GREEK SALAD 
1 sm. head cauliflower in sm. pieces (soak in salt water)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 sm. can pimiento
1 c. chopped celery
1 can whole kernel white corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can sm. early peas, drained
Other veggies as desired
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Bring oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil in small saucepan. Cool and pour over vegetables. Marinate for several hours.
