OVEN BARBECUED RIBS
4 lb. country style ribs
1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
3 thin lemon slices

Simmer, covered, 4 pounds pork back ribs (country style), cut in pieces, in enough salted water to cover until nearly tender, about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare sauce: In saucepan, melt butter; add clove garlic, crushed and cook 4-5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, celery seed, salt, hot pepper sauce and lemon slices. Bring to a boil. Drain ribs; place in shallow pan; pour boiling sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, basting often with sauce. Serves 6-8.
