CARAMEL RING - MICROWAVE 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/3 c. water

Microwave butter, sugar and syrup uncovered in dish on high 1 minute. Stir then microwave on high until bubbly 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stir in nuts and set aside. Mix baking mix and water well. Drop 7 spoonfuls around baking dish in a ring. Spoon caramel mixture over each biscuit. Cover loosely and microwave 1 1/2 minutes, rotate dish 1/4 turn and then microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute until no longer doughy. Immediately invert on serving dish, leaving dish over biscuits for 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
