BAKED MEATBALLS 
5 slices bread
1/2 c. warm milk
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Soak bread in milk; crumble. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Shape in balls about 1 1/4" in diameter. Cut garlic in half and cook in butter a few minutes. Remove garlic. Add meatballs and brown. Pour off any excess fat. Add soup and 1/2 cup water and bring to boil. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes. (Or microwave on high for 7 minutes.) 6 servings. Serve over rice or noodles.

Substitute "Pam" spray coated pan to save calories. Cut down on fat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
