CHERRY PIE TORTE 
16 graham crackers, crushed (very fine crumbs)
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
Almond extract (opt.)

Mix graham crackers, 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and pat into 9 inch square pan. Reserve 2 tablespoons to sprinkle over pie filling for decoration. Mix softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and beat in 2 eggs, one egg at a time.
