PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can pineapple rings
8 eggs
15 slices bread, remove crust & dice
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter

Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add crushed pineapple and bread. Mix by hand to thick consistency. Pour into baking dish, pineapple rings on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 10. Can be made one day ahead.
