CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
2 pkgs. chicken flavored rice mix
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained (reserve liquid), chopped
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly, tops included
15 green olives with pimento, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix cooked rice, chicken, onions, pepper, olives and artichoke hearts. Mix reserved marinade from artichokes, mayonnaise and curry powder; add to rice mixture. Toss and chill.
