CHICKEN `N STUFF 
6 deboned chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 sm. can mushrooms (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix (dry)
1/2 stick butter

Place chicken in baking dish. Top with cheese and mushrooms. Mix soup with water and pour over. Sprinkle with dry stuffing mix. Melt butter and drizzle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
