BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 boxes chopped broccoli 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. salad dressing 2 boiled eggs, chopped 2 tbsp. pimiento 1/2 c. butter, melted 5 slices bread 1/2 c. pecans (optional) Place one layer broccoli in dish, then a layer of soup, dressing, eggs, and pimiento. Add second layer broccoli and soup mixture. Saute bread in butter. Crumble bread into large pieces and top casserole, add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until bubbly. LL - 1987 |
