LITTLE CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat above.

Put 24 vanilla wafers in 24 cup cakes. Put beaten mixture over wafers. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes (until firm, not brown). Top with pie filling. Or jam or strawberries with glaze. Can be prepared in a hurry.
