CHILI 
3 qt. tomato soup
1 1/2 gal. tomato sauce
1 1/2 gal. whole tomatoes
1 1/2 gal. kidney beans
Water as you need
30 lbs. ground beef
15 med. onions (or 10 lg.)
1-2 stalks celery
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. chili powder
2 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. salt

Brown beef in oven or in pan on top of stove. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add seasonings according to taste. Can made the day before and reheat chili in oven to prevent scorching. Serves 265.
