SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
Shortening
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped

Mix meat, bread crumbs, onion, and garlic to make small meat balls. Brown in shortening in large frying pan. Add remaining ingredients to meat balls in frying pan. Cook for 45 minutes. Serve with cooked white rice. Serve 4-6.
