SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 flat can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 egg

Form into balls. Flour these and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Sauce:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large can pineapple chunks and juice

Combine all in pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked meat balls. Serve in chafing dish.
