RICE PILAF 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can mushrooms
2 2/3 c. Minute Rice
2 cans beef broth consomme
1 stick butter

Brown onion in butter. Saute mushrooms. Add rice and 1 3/4 cans broth and 1 cup of water.

Let rise mixture come to a boil and then remove from heat for 5 minutes. Put in greased casserole.

Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until browned on top.
