MINT BARS 
First Part:

1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Hershey bar or milk chocolate
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c green cream De Mint

Mix all ingredients until fluffy creamy. Spread on top of crust. Put back in refrigerator until you have your chocolate melted. Leave in until firm.

Melt milk chocolate on medium heat. Do not burn. Place melted chocolate on top layer of bars. Leave set

to cool.
