POT ROAST DINER 
3-5 lbs. pot roast
1 pkg. French's beef stew mix
1 onion

Use 6 or 8-quart pan. Brown meat in butter on both sides. Place onion in pan. Add 6 cups of water to beef stew mix; add to meat. Cook 2-3 hours at low heat. Add potato halves and carrots; cook until tender.
