CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH BROCCOLI | |
1 chicken 2 cans mushroom soup 1 lb. frozen broccoli 2 c. Cheddar cheese Cook chicken. Remove meat from bones. Divide meat in 2 groups. You will need to make 2 layers of all the ingredients. Butter your pan or baking dish well. Place half of the broccoli on bottom. Place a layer of chicken over the first layer of broccoli and spoon 1 can of mushroom soup over the chicken. Sprinkle 1 cup of Cheddar cheese over the mushroom soup and repeat using second half of all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
