SWEET AND SOUR GREEN BEANS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans or 1 lb. fresh green beans, cut to 1"
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dill seeds (optional)
Dash paprika

Cook frozen green beans according to package. (If using fresh green beans, cook in 1/2 cup water until tender.) Drain and set aside. In small saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and brown lightly. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over green beans and heat gently 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Each serving equals approximately 40 minutes.
