3/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup or Cream of Chicken soup 2 lbs. Potatoes O'Brien (hashbrowns with peppers and onions) salt and pepper, to taste 2 cups corn flakes Mix 1/2 cup melted butter, shredded cheese, sour cream, can of soup, potatoes, salt and pepper in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Mix remaining butter with corn flakes and put on top of mixture. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Submitted by: Crystal B |
