CLAM DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. red ground pepper
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained (reserve some juice)

With electric beater, beat all ingredients except clams until smooth. Then mix in clams and some reserved juice if necessary for desired consistency. Excellent with chips, bugles, crackers, etc.
