2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Mix sugar and flour. Bring butter, oil, cocoa and coke to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Add butter, milk, soda, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in marshmallows. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. coke
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix and bring butter, cocoa and coke to a boil. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix and spread on cake.
