1 c. butter, soft
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. carbonated cola beverage
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cola and marshmallows in large bowl. Beat at low speed, then beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add cola; blend well. Stir in marshmallows by hand. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Separate with Cola Icing.

COLA ICING:

1/2 c. butter, soft
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. cola
4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine butter, cocoa, cola and sugar in small mixer bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans.
