2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, marshmallows and flour. In a separate saucepan, mix butter, shortening, cocoa and Coke; bring to a boil. Pour over dry mixture and stir until marshmallows are nearly melted. Add buttermilk (with soda added) eggs and vanilla. Mix but do not beat. Pour into well-greased floured sheet pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. softened butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. Coke
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all together and spread on cake.
