1 c. confectioners' sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 lb. pack Oreo cookies
Gummy worms

Grind Oreo cookies in food processor. Set aside. Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. In a large bowl, prepare pudding with milk, then add Cool Whip.

Combine pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture. Layer cookies, gummy worms and pudding mixture in an 8-inch plastic flower pot or sand bucket. Top with cookie crumbs. Decorate with gummy worms, artificial flowers and plastic sand shovel.
