STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
2 c. pretzels, coarsely ground
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. container Cool Whip
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix pretzels, sugar and melted butter. Press in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 7 minutes. Let cool.

Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Pour mixture over pretzel crust.

Mix Jello as directed on package. Use 3 cups water and the juice from thawed berries. Slice berries if needed. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until set.
