ELEANOR'S DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. crushed pretzel sticks (sm.)
3 tbsp. sugar

CENTER:

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

TOP:

6 oz. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. frozen strawberries

Melt 3/4 cup butter. Add 2 cups crushed pretzels and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Press on the bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

Soften 8 ounce cream cheese. Add 3/4 cup sugar. Beat until fluffy. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip and spread over cooled baked crust. Make sure it touches all sides of pan.

Mix Jello with boiling water. Add strawberries. Pour over contents of pan and refrigerate.
