RASPBERRY PRETZEL DELIGHT 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar plus 1 c. set aside
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
6 oz. pkg. raspberry Jello
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
2 c. whipped cream topping
2 c. boiling water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For crust: Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Pat into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and whipped cream topping, spread mixture over pretzel crust.

Mix Jello into hot water and add frozen raspberries. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to thicken. Spoon over cream cheese mixture and chill.

Note: Strawberries and strawberry Jello can be substituted for the raspberries.
