1 c. hot coffee
1/2 lb. marshamllows
1 c. heavy cream
Vanilla

Any fruit juice may be used instead of coffee. 1 cup hot coffee put in double boiler; add 1/2 lb. marshmallows. Leave until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat. Let set until cool. Add 1 cup heavy cream and vanilla to taste and whip.
