WILD RICE & TURKEY 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice mix, cooked according to directions
1 c. celery, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 to 3 c. turkey or chicken, cooked

Combine all ingredients and place in buttered dish. Slivered almonds can be added to the mixture, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. 10 to 12 servings.
