WILD RICE AND TURKEY SALAD | |
2/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon Mix the above ingredients together and put aside. Put together in a large bowl and mix gently with the above dressing: 3 c. cooked wild rice 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1/3 c. chopped green onion Salt and pepper Once the dressing and rest of ingredients have been mixed together, refrigerate for several hours. Just before serving, fold in 1 1/2 cups grapes and mandarin oranges and 1 cup salted cashews. Serves 6-8. |
