SPICED NUTS 
2 c. raw, unsalted nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecan halves)
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread nuts in pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Melt butter in skillet; stir in remaining ingredients. Add heated nuts and toss to coat completely. Return to pan and bake 5 minutes longer. Serve warm.
