DIRTY RICE 
2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce

Brown rice in oil. After brown, add ground beef and onion. Add all other ingredients. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes.
