1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef and drain. Prepare gravy mix according to directions and add ground beef and soups. Heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
