ASPARAGUS SOUP 
Asparagus
Water
Salt
Oni ons
Celery leaves
Dumplings (recipe below)
2 qts. water

Cook the asparagus in water until done. Add milk to water (I use dry milk), a little butter. (salt to taste). Cook until vegetable is done.

Make dumplings out of Bisquick if you want or 2 cups flour, pinch of salt and 2 eggs. Add a few drops of cold water (until dough forms a ball). Drop in boiling water (small balls) made with teaspoon. Cook for 10 minutes covered.
