APRICOT BARS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
Pinch of salt
1 egg

SECOND LAYER:

Apricot jam

TOP LAYER:

2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. corn flakes

Combine ingredients in first layer and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread jam over this. Combine ingredients in top layer, blend well and put over jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned. Cut in squares when partly cooled.
